What is Esgic Plus?
A drug used for treatment of tension headaches, migraine headaches, pains in shoulder and upper back pain.
DIRECTIONS:
Capsule and Tablet - Comes as capsule and tablet to take by mouth. Do not split, chew or crush them. The capsule and tablet should be swallowed whole and taken with a full glass of water.
Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Do not take more than six tablets or capsules in 1 day. If you think that you need more to relieve your symptoms, call your doctor.
STORAGE:
- Keep it in its tightly closed container.
- Keep it out of reach of children.
- Store the capsules and tablets at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom).
- Throw away any medication that is outdated or no longer needed. Talk to your pharmacist about the proper disposal of your medication.
WARNING:
Before taking Esgic Plus, Advice your Doctor and Pharmacist if you have these following
- If allergic to esgic plus, acetaminophen, butalbital, caffeine, or any other drugs.
- If you are taking other prescription and nonprescription medications. Many nonprescription pain relievers contain acetaminophen. Too much of this drug can be harmful.
- If you have or have ever had liver disease, porphyria or depression.
- If you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding.
- If you become pregnant while taking this medication, call your doctor.
- Avoid driving any vehicle or operating any machinery while the drug is in effect.
